Over the past 15 years, Caridon Group has successfully built a portfolio of approximately 2,500 units through acquisition, development, leasing, and joint ventures. With our extensive experience in asset and property management, as well as navigating both large- and small-scale projects, we’ve effectively been operating as our own private estate agency. Now, we’re ready to formally enter the estate agency market, sharing our expertise and knowledge to help clients maximise the value of their assets.

2. Is there a particular gap in the market that Caridon Estates is aiming to fill?

The property sales and lettings market has become increasingly stagnant, with most agencies offering little more than basic property marketing. At Caridon Estates, we plan to leverage on our deep experience in property investment and development to identify unique opportunities and strategies that can unlock additional value in a property. Our goal is to assist homeowners and landlords in maximising the return on their hard-earned assets in ways that go beyond traditional estate agency offerings.

What sets us apart is our ability to unlock hidden value in properties—something that a typical estate agent might overlook. 5. Will you focus on a specific region or type of property?

While our focus will be strongest in South London, we will cover all of London, offering services across a broad spectrum of properties—from affordable housing and new builds to luxury homes and secondary stock.

6. Will there be a physical branch? If so, where?

There will be no physical branch, but clients can find us at our headquarters: Wrencote House, 123 High Street, Croydon, CR0 0XJ.

7. What are the long-term goals for Caridon Estates?

Our long-term goal is to become a household name, recognised for helping homeowners and landlords unlock their property’s full potential. We aim to challenge the traditional estate agency model by making the process of selling and letting a home both more affordable and more profitable.

8. Who are the key members of the leadership team behind Caridon Estates?

Mario or Akeel will serve as spokespersons for Caridon Estates. Lora and Gianluca will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and successfully from launch onwards.
